Relax And Soften
This practice was inspired by my own home practice. I was feeling tired and stiff and I came up with a sequence that left me feeling relaxed and soft. Approximately 25 minutes. Suggested props: 1 block and a yoga strap.
Clear Your Mind
This sequence will help reduce stress while clearing and quieting the mind. Approximately 21 minutes. Suggested props: 2 blocks or 1 bolster or 1 yoga blanket.
