Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is a vinyasa based class which moves at a slower pace with strong movement, while allowing space for integration and transition. The most common vinyasa, plank-chaturanga-cobra/updog-down dog, can be omitted by moving straight to down dog or to another centering pose that is more suitable for the practitioner such as child's pose. Modifications and variations of poses will be provided and moving at your own pace is encouraged. Note: Videos marked with * are Friday's live streamed class. While the overall quality of these videos are very good, for those dated up until 9/4/20, you may notice that there are moments when the video appears to be of lesser quality. Audio, however, is consistently very good. Videos dated after 9/4/20 have more consistent video quality and no audio issues.
